Registration Information (Main Conference & Workshops)

Conference registration is now active. You may register and upload your final submission:

authors of accepted papers may download an acceptance/invitation letter by logging into their PaprCept account;

for camera-ready paper format instructions, please visit our Call for Papers page;
only credit card payment is accepted;
main conference attendees may register to workshops via PaperCept;
workshop attendees who do not wish to register to the main conference must fill out the "Workshop-only Registration" form and follow the instructions therein;
please, refer to the information below regarding main conference and/or workshops registration.
All refund requests, if applicable, must be made via email to [email protected] on or before May 30, 2014. NO REFUNDS will be made after this date.
Registration via PaperCept closes on June 13, 2014, midnight. On-site Registration is possible at the conference venue. Find out more.

Main conference registration (June 25-27, 2014)

Regular registration

Through May 05: 580€
Starting May 06: 670€

Regular registration includes: conference proceedings, 1 banquet ticket, daily lunch box (salad, sandwich, dessert and beverage), access to welcome and farewell receptions, up to 2 papers (6 pages/paper allowed, maximum 2 extra pages at additional cost - see below).

Student/Retiree registration

Through May 05: 275€
Starting May 06: 350€

Student registration includes conference proceedings, daily lunch box (salad, sandwich, dessert and beverage), access to welcome and farewell receptions (no banquet, no papers).

Over-length page fees: Note that paper-length is limited to 6 pages + up to 2 extra pages (for a maximum length of 8 pages). Extra pages are allowed at the additional cost of 100€/page.

Extra papers: 150 € per paper (2 papers are included in the regular registration).

Extra proceedings: 150 € per unit.

Extra banquet ticket: 80 €

Accompanying persons: 30 € per person (access to the Welcome and Farewell receptions, no access to the technical presentations).

Workshop registration (June 24, 2014)

Workshop registration for main conference registrants: 75 € anytime (flat fee for all conference registrants)

Workshop-only registration (i.e., registering for a workshop without registering for the main conference):

Workshop-only regular registration

Through May 05: 200€
Starting May 06: 300€

Workshop-only student registration

Through May 05: 100€
Starting May 06: 150€

How to proceed?

Workshop attendees who do not wish to register to the main conference must fill out the "Workshop-only Registration" form and follow the instructions therein.

Main conference attendees may register to workshops via PaperCept.
